I would like to thank the company and Dave Naylor their representative for their quick response after our installation was cancelled initially due to the engineer being unwell. Spoke to Dave Naylor about the problem and to cut a long story short,an engineer Tommy arrived in the afternoon to fit the water softener, he was both courteous and very efficient

Very professional staff and stairlift more than meets the need of those who are unable to use stairs on a daily basis. Very easy to use also.
Very competitive prices. Arrangements made with office were convenient. Unfortunately the installation engineer arrived outside of the 4 hour window (!) then upon arrival was more interested in finding the toilet than introducing himself or apologising or explaining the installation process.
I have not yet purchased a chair. Just looking around.
