Amazing service two weeks from being fitted for the chair to delivery, very pleased with the whole service.
HSL are a fantastic company! The service is excellent. I can't speak for all their staff but the Norwich shops staff are superb especially Hayley and Liam. Only negative is the chair I have ordered has a 10 week wait. The other two chairs that I bought have changed my life. I no longer have to struggle to get out of the chair. Wish I had bought earlier.

I would have liked the rail a bit closer the wall but overall I am very pleased with the stair lift.
