Great info on first fone call the guy was the only one who asked me questions out of all my inquiries, Prompt took the time to make sure wee understood everything,they guy who fitted was brilliant arrived on time showed us how to operate the lift ,and done a great job of tidying up after would highly recommend this company
A bad buy on my behalf, very hard and uncomfortable. In fact it is too uncomfortable to use.
The chair doesn’t fit me. all the contours are in the wrong place, I didn’t realise how important it was to have the right size chair.
The installer was excellent, it was a difficult job but he persisted and in the end the job done was great
Had for many years, no contact with Kinetico required.
Brilliant would highly recommend

On a monthly contract pasted 4 years paying to much rip off, I should have paid it on credit card would have been finished long ago looking for a new supplier will change

Bed quality was very good , but unfortunately I have had to move into my old bed could not find a position that didn’t give me back pain , but was ok for my wife, get no back pain from my spare bed I bought just pre Christmas last year, or from my recent three days in hospital bed, which encouraged me to purchase a adjustable bed from Dreams.
