V. Helpful company, offered reg updates, slight confusion on delivery but delivery staff helped rectify confusion, with my wife being bedbound they really were tremendously helpful, took on my 5 month old puppy as an assistant during the delivery too??
The staff at dolphin were very good at their job, right from the first visit. I would recommend this company to all how are looking for a starlight.

I have been waiting for over a month and still nobody
has contacted me. I phoned the guy who did the quote
and took my deposit, because he said if there is any
problems phone him. I did and he did not want to know.
So i phoned another number and they said they would
get straight back to me, and of course they DID NOT.
I will be asking for my deposit back.

The most difficult part of the process was getting my mother to accept that she needed one. It really has been a help and the salesman who came to measure up had good customer service experience that suited the elderly. The person who came to fit it was very personable and it was just like inviting a friend into the home.
I could see why they got goos marks in the Which report that we consulted.
Would have given top marks if the chair lift had been given a deep clean before being fitted …it was grubby! Top marks to the chap who installed it he was very helpful.
