I only had the stairs lift fitted a month ago & it's already playing up. Contacted customer services & they're not in a rush to help. My dad needs the stair lift with his on going needs which Halton are fully aware of yet they don't seem to care.

I purchsed from Laybrook, there was no pushy salesman they were the company which came out on top compny when l searched on line, they also allow you to visit their factory. Salesman Daniel was very helpful when l was looking for a bed to meet my requirements, and the 14 day exchange of mattress happend for me.

Of course it was me that was at fault not the stair lift. Problem solved very quickly.
